Actually, I would give them a 20 if I could. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received. The van looks great and they did the repairs in quick time. Everyone I spoke with was personable and willing to assist me . They went beyond what the average shop probably would do. I didnt have a way to get to the shop, and they picked me up. They even washed and cleaned my van. It looked brand new. I cant say enough about this experience. Thank you, Samuels Collision.

The process was seamless. The only reason it's not a 10 is because the original pinstripes were paint and not stickers. All in all it was easy and convenient.
