Even though it was horrible to have to get it repaired, my car looks great and my experience was awesome becaise of the customer service that was provided! I would definitely use San Joaquin Collision again...just hope I dont have to!

There is only one place in town I want to take my car for repairs (which are apparently frequent.) The people at San Joaquin are friendly and very efficient. Wish all businesses were as well organized as San Joaquin Collision.

It was awful. When we came to do the original estimate, we sat there for over an hour while all the employees talked about their weekend plans. Then they said they would call me when the parts were in and over a week later I had to call to see if they were in. Each time I called, the employees seemed annoyed talking to me.
