Right front fender still has scratches and a small dent. Estimator must have thought it could be buffed out and did not see the dent. Will bring back in two weeks because Steve Bowden said he would " take care of it". All other work looks good.

My air conditioning does not work as well as it did before. Plan to bring it back to have it checked. Could have had better communication throughout process- I had to call to get updates and find out it would take longer than originally anticipated for car to be finished. Was not called one day as receptionist stated because she "had to leave work that day and it was busy." Estimated time to finish was extended 2 times from original estimate.
