The side mirror was bought at a junk yard and was installed without any clean up. There was old paint from another accident still on it ,with glue never wiped off. The incasing for the mirror -will lets just say it looked like it had been in junk yard for some time. Will see how the car looks after I get it it waxed. Josh was awesome in PR department and so was the gal in the office. Just a few additional steps the score would have been much higher. Quality in the visual sense needs improvement.

Would have liked the staff to have been more forthright on why it was taking so long to repair. A mix between Insurance and trouble locating the part was an interesting dichotomy.
