You are great in workmanship! Fantastic job. The only issue: you need to train one or the other employee in communicating in a precise and timely manner. We were told - had to call in ourselves- car could be picked up at 4pm . We arrived at 4 pm but: no car! ( we had already returned our rental for good, even though told by your representative it would be available again right away.

The process to get all of the parts and repairs completed was very complicated due to the new vehicle make and where the parts had to be ordered from. Sandia staff were very helpful through the process! It’s back to being a brand new car.
