They didn’t repair, but can’t really blame them for the situation I went through, but they did have my car for three months before my insurance provider deemed it as a total lost. The rating is just for the duration of the time, but management wise they were good.

Quality of the work was excellent but there was a misunderstanding and part of the work was not done. I had to leave the car additional time to have that done when it could have been done at the same time. I also ask to have a very small nickel size spot on the rear bumper to be touched up. That didn’t happen and I also asked if there was any paint left over so I could make the small touch up myself. That didn’t happen either.

Our vehicle was brought to your shop with a quarter tank of fuel when we picked it up it had 7 miles to empty when my wife tried to ask about this she was ignored and treated very rudely

I would provide a 10, because the work done was excellent. But I'm very fussy when it comes to "symmetry" on the car - I would have liked to been called during repairs and told the pinstriping on the drivers side would be replaced and asked if I wanted the striping on the passenger side to be done as well at my cost and what the estimate was... I know a VERY LITTLE thing, but It would be nice to have them matching now after repairs
