I was told I would be called once they took a look at my car and they would tell me what needed to be done. I never received such a call. I was not kept abreast of the status of my repair. I would have appreciated more communication.

You did a great job repairing the damage and matching the paint. I am extremely pleased with that work. Only reason I didn't give a 10 was because the gas fill hose wasn't reconnected when the bed was put back on the truck and the backup camera power wires had been pulled alose and had been repaired incorrectly making it not work. I fixed the hose and the camera myself. Not mad about it, just wish someone had said something about the camera and it would have saved me a lot of time troubleshooting it.
