From David’s professional demeanor explaining the process to me to Keenan’s friendly cat, Mimi, while I completed the paperwork to Keenan’s explanation during the walk around everything was very professional and friendly. The work and timeline were exactly as described. We were extremely satisfied with the work! Communication during the process was excellent! I will go back if the need arises in the future. I highly recommend Sandrof Merriman!

There was a gouge on the window tint that they denied it was them however it would have been close to impossible to happen with the accident! Couldn't remove the rear view mirror from a broken windshield somehow. They are basically ripping of the insurance company and the insurance estimator is too dumb to see it. Removed multiple items from the truck for absolutely no reason.

Keenan was an outstanding rep along with the repair team. They made the experience smooth and stress free while communicating with my insurance company. My wife hit a deer a week before her due date and he made sure we got her car back in the driveway by the time we got back from the hospital. Absolutely amazing work
