My car was repaired and available when promised. I did a walk around when I picked it up and saw a pretty obvious slip up on what I think are bumper cover fasteners and their alignment with the cover. I asked for some review and the shop foreman came right out and went to work crawling under the car outside on a cold day. She ID'd the problem, took the car back in the shop and fix it perfectly in less than ten minutes. She had the attitude that if I didn't like it, it would be fixed. She turned an issue into satisfaction.

The first appointment was recorded incorrectly on the shop’s calendar, so the day I arrived I was told I had the wrong date. At “redo” appointment, I dropped off my car and an hour later received a call that they didn’t have all of the parts needed for the repair. So. I called a week later to learn that the part was there and I could make a third appointment.

They did not check all the equipment before it was pulled off the lot the blinker is out did not replace any fluid that had leaked out like the window washer there is beep every now and then thinking it might be where the washer fluid is out will check it when I add fluid to see if it stops

The repairs were made but I was left with damage to my bumper and a grinding noise in the window on the side where the repair was done.

Had to return for a second time , again. This time door handle lock on outside of car wasn't fixed. And the Esc needed to be checked.
