The people I dealt with were professional and courteous. My main complaint is that I was told I would have to pay for something that stopped working on my vehicle while it was in your shop (rear door latch). After some discussion and pushback, Sandroff refused to give any relief (discounted work) or accept any responsibility for the issue. The door latch was working when the vehicle was dropped off and the estimator used it during the estimate process. Fortunately, when the door was fully reinstalled, the door latch started working again. I felt the way this was communicated and the lack of compromise shows poor customer service.
