I put 10 because I don't want my rating to affect the people working there but in reality I would rate the work a 6 and the customer service a 9.

In all honesty, the experience was great! Great communication, great customer service, but the only thing is the actual work that was done to the vehicle was alright. The paint match was great but the way the parts were put back together were uneven and when pointing it out I was told "it won't change the way it drives" which may be true but I specifically said it does not matter how long the job takes as long as it is done right. Would I recommend Sands, sure.
