Very dissatisfied with the quality of work

There are many things wrong with the way my car was returned to me. I was told by Robert at time of pickup that I can bring the vehicle back to have the issues corrected. have reached out to Robert at Sands regarding this and was told I would hear back from someone by Friday, 9/23/22,to bring the car back for corrections. I have not heard from anyone and today is Wednesday, 9/28/22. I am very upset by the work that was done and I would like my car fixed as promised

Called to speak to someone about a chip of paint on my driver door and was told that it was already there upon the arrival of the vehicle however it was not there when the vehicle was dropped off. And given that i would have noticed a chip of paint missing from the car I drive everyday wouldn’t have been an issue. All of a sudden my car doesn’t not turn all the way off stays on acc 1 and the key will not go in all the way. Was told that the vehicle was received that way, which in fact it didn’t not. Again given that I drive this vehicle everyday and never had an issue with the ignition it’s ridiculous. Called and was basically told that they were not at fault for the damage done to my vehicle and there is nothing they can do
