Mike King was exceptional. He explained the loaner program I didn’t know anything about to make sure I had a vehicle while mine was being repaired. I got my vehicle back in the time promised and he physically went and hunted for my license plate that got lost. I really appreciated that. Thank you Mike and Sands for providing excellent customer service.
