I am uncomfortable completing surveys from Sands. About a year ago I was critical of an interaction with the Service Dept. The next time I visited Sands, the salesman that sold me the truck reminded me of the criticism and implied that he felt the criticism was unfair. Bottom Line: This is probably the last time I respond to a Sands survey.

I brought my car in to have scratches on the hood repaired as well as my side mirrior specifically the broken plastic repaired I spoke in detail with Jim and he made it sound doable. The only communication I recieved was about another piece being an addition 90 dollars to the 400 I was already paying. I picked up my car in pretty much the same condition I brought it in with I am very frustrated by the outcome for the amount I payed. The possible outcome should have been explained to me beforehand. And not to mention I had to call and ask for the appointment after my part had already been delivered to the shop. That is there job.

Good job. I appreciate the Lyft rides to get home and back. They might order parts as soon as appointment booked to speed things up but I understand why they might wait in case the car is never brought in.

Poor communications and response. Repair took over two months and still waiting for a repayment check. After long delay had to prepay ro ger my car back. Was also assesed, 3% serve charge on credit card. Worst and most frustrating experience in many years
