I dropped off my car to have a fender repaired and it was returned with damage to the door. When I brought it back and complained they took some pictures and told me they would repair the damage. A week has passed and they have made no effort to contact me. I'm very unhappy with their follow-up.

Although I was not kept up to date on the progress and the work took 2 additional days, the Geico and Enterprise service made up for any delays and disconnects in communication. The work was fantastic.

We have used Sands Point at least three times before and had good service. I would be reluctant to use them again, despite their convenient location to my home.

The car was repaired beautifully.

They had our car for 43 days. Told us that our car would be (and had been) covered and placed in the garage, which was clearly not done. We had to call many, many times to get progress info. My husband was told that the car would be ready and to come on a particular day; when he got there it was NOT ready. It wasn't ready for another week and a half after that.
