Everything looks great. Car was nice and clean when I got it back.

Took FOREVER. My car was in the shop for over a month. Every time I called to check in they would give me date when it would be ready then I would call back and it wouldn't be ready.... They wouldn't update me as the process went along... Told me it would be done before I went away then didn't update me that a snowstorm caused them not to get the car done which left me scrambling for a rental vehicle the day before I left..... At the end they made up for it by retracting the deductible but that's the least they could do after the stress they caused on me.
