Everyone was very professional and treated me well from the moment I arrived until the end when I picked up my automobile. The finished work on my car was completely satisfactory. My only dissatisfaction concerned communication about how long the repair would take. I would have appreciated knowing that the repair would take 3 days. I was under the impression that it would take one day and therefore had to scramble at the last minute to arrange alternative transportation that would cover my needs to conduct business for 3 days. Otherwise, staff was responsive and the work was well done.
