Mass confusion about the “payment”. I opted to have the insurance company pay the body shop directly. When my vehicle was ready, they said I had a balance of over $1700?? They kept telling me the check was sent to me, which it was not. Apparently the insurance company sent the shop (2) separate checks for payment and only 1 check cleared. After 2 days and numerous phone calls, I was finally able to get my car. I was not happy about all the confusion

I will forever use Saugus Auto Craft as long as I can drive there. I have moved 1.5 hours away over the years but continue to drive back down every time any of my cars need body work because your team is the only ones I trust with my cars. I have been a customer for over 15 years and have no plans to go anywhere else. Dave E and the rest of the team are phenomenal!
