There was debris trapped in the paint on the front bumper\. Additionally, whoever sat in the driver’s seat appeared to be very dirty and left my white seats in horrible condition\. There were also dirty handprints throughout the area from the person getting in and out of the vehicle\. I took several pictures immediately after picking up my vehicle to document its condition\.

Ashley was absolutely phenomenal in helping me get through this process and feel cared about and supported insurmountably, she gave constant updates (i loved) always made sure i knew what parts were needed and made my car look brand new again!! i’m forever grateful and thankful for what Ashley did for me please give her a raise she deserves it tremendously!
