Everyone was nice, courteous, and professional. But my cue has an internal spot that wasn’t there before. No one knows how it happened. Which makes me feel like a will have to bite the bullet on this one. In turn, that put a damper on my experience.

Prior to this service, I was not happy with the service writers. Uninformed, challenged my service plan, frequently confused me with another customer, who owned a Subaru. I bought my special order xt5 in 2024, and have had similar problems for 2 years.
