Schaefer Auto Body repaired the front end of our 2020 Kia Sedona minivan and returned it in a “like new” condition! From the initial estimate thru the final assembly their communication has been courteous and timely. Our claim was handled seamlessly with the American Family Insurance Co. We would HIGHLY recommend Schaefer Auto Body!!

1) When first dropping my car off for repair, my rental reservation had not been received (made by Schaeffer staff) so I had to come back the next day. Very inconvenient. 2) I had to wait a week to come in for an estimate. 3) I accidentally left my garage door opener in the rental when I picked up my repaired car. As I circled back for it (10 mins later), I rang to alert them that I was coming back for it. I was told the rental had already been picked up. I went to the rental location and had to wait 20 minutes in line only to find I'd been given wrong info by Schaefer personnel. My rental was clearly still in the Schaefer lot. I was not happy to have been given incorrect info.

Warn them regarding the last time we had our vehicle getting fixed with Schaefers. We had our. Vehicles there 2 other times and had no problems.

There was problems with the door popping when we picked it up, a paint run on the door, horrible paint smell in the van, sand dust all on the inside of van, roof of van felt like over spray was on it and not same texture as the rest of the van
