Actually, I would give it a 20 the service rep Mike Vanderreet was awesome. He explained everything in detail to where I understood what was going on.!😊 my insurance company originally wanted me to go to another shop I guess because it was closer but I said no I wanted to come to you guys. Your first Claims person did not respond to my emails. Your AI Phone system is annoying and it is hard to get to a person for a simple question. The actual autobody repair looks good and was done quickly. Jon
