People were great but it was many times impossible to get a live person on the line when I called for updates/scheduling. Your AI system is frustrating because it is impossible to get to a live person.

The scratches to my bumper are gone. Thank you! I was delighted to find that you had also vacuumed my carpets and detailed my mats. Extra thank you! The only disappointment was the new rule about a 3% surcharge for credit card transactions. With more warning, I would’ve brought my checkbook. Thankfully, the charge was waived. Sincerely appreciate it!
