I cannot say enough about Dan and the rest of the staff. My car had significant hail damage. Dan was in constant contact with me regarding the repairs and the finished product was amazing. Not one dent to be seen. Couldn’t be happier !

The tech damaged my ceiling liner they will need to replace the entire thing. They also did not setup my locking mechanism as I cannot lock my vehicle by just touching the handle. Still watering for a call from the ofallon location to rectify this situation. I’ll be contacting the owner next week if I do not hear by Wednesday.

The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. Dan in particular answered all my questions, kept me informed and updated. I have had other vehicles repaired by Schaefer and they quality workmanship. Schaefer Autobody makes the damage hurt a little less with their friendliness and great service.

My Jeep is in complete. I have to return it on Monday, the rear, right and left quarter panels all those hands are broke. The car was full of dust. Like I said I had to return it on Monday. Not happy.
