Jeff was very knowledgeable and nice. The only issue with the repair is the back heated seats are not working. I assume this is just something electrically not connected. I’m just waiting a week or so to make sure nothing else comes up but I feel 100% confident that this will be corrected. I am very impressed and satisfied.
