Very impressed with this shop!! Our mini van was hit by someone on the front driver side and after getting it back from this location, its possible it looks even better than it did before! You can't even tell anything happened, it really looks great! We worked with Tony and he was so helpful and truly did such a phenomenal job keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle throughout the entire repair process. And the people at the front desk were so accommodating and friendly too! Highly recommend this Schaefer location!!

Very satisfied! Hunter was so great with updates throughout the process. He is knowledgeable and was great at informing me throughout the 2-month long process! He made a difficult time more bearable knowing I had an employee I could trust who provided regular updates as needed. When I picked up my car, he was very thorough and made sure that I was pleased with the end product. Hunter is awesome!

All seems to look good & be in good working order as far as I can tell. Michael, did tell me he was going to look for or get me a replacement rubber plug for my bumper above the trailer hitch that was missing. I’ll. Have to call him about that otherwise, too notch.
