Very professional with the updates and rental car return. I was a little surprise about quality control missing a small spot that needed a spot buffing and an adjustment to one of the panels. I should not of been the one to point it out at time of pickup. It was fixed immediately.

At the end of the process, we were not kept aware of when the repairs were going to be completed. We were told a date, never heard anything on that day, were not able to contact anyone to get a status. We kept that day open, to ensure we could pick up our vehicle, and wasted the day.

Mostly satisfied, but I'm still hearing grinding noises when I'm making slow turns (in parking lots for example). It's different than before your worked on it, but it's still there. It wasn't doing that at all before I got hit.
