The actual quality of the work was excellent and in the past any work I have had done with you has been excellent. However a 2 month delay on the work with no explanation Would not give me any confidence it would happen again. Any recommendation I would give would have that caution on your commit times. That is unfortunate as my experience has been the people doing the actual have always done excellent work.

The quality of the work done on my truck was excellent. However the commitment date I was given for completing work was missed. It was late by 2 months. I was not given an explanation for why this was.

Overall they kept me informed on the progress (when there was any). My truck completion was delayed by 2 months with no explanation for why. I could understand a couple weeks but this seemed well beyond any normal delay I have ever experienced.

The color match was perfect, and everybody was very nice that we worked with directly. If I had a minor complaint it would be to expand the parking area in the Wentzville location where I had my car repaired.

The entire experience was easy and well executed. From the initial estimate through delivery the staff kept me informed of the status and communicated all changes to schedule and work effort. I was amazed the final cost was below the estimate.

I had a drop off scheduled for Dec 28th vehicle was dropped off and no communication until Jan 12. Calls go to an automated system and sometimes you might get a call back so it was difficult to get a status update. My rental contract ran out with my insurance company had to go without a vehicle for over a week. It seems like nothing was started for several weeks on the vehicle even though we had an appointment. When picking up the vehicle the inside was covered in a fine dust EVERYWHERE. I assume the doors were off or open and it was left uncovered in the shop. Apparently no attempt to clean it. I would strongly suggest covering the vehicle to try and prevent the dust and detailing it after.

Car looked great and it was completed in a timely matter very efficient Things need improved no updates on vehicles only thing app said was started I had to call to get info and bigger parking lot otherwise happy with work .
