When we spoke to someone, they were good. The problem was that there was no proactive communication. We had to call each time to get a status over the course of the month that our car was there.

They do great work but the hood was scraped up against where the windshield wiper touched the hood.

The repair itself was done correctly however when they washed the car the windshield wiper rubbed against the lip of the hood and removed paint where metal touched medal.
