Jarek was very accomodating. Stopped what he was doing to do an on the spot vehicle inspection although I did not have an appointment, he stayed late on a Friday afternoon to wait for me to drop off the car, and he was in the office earlier than 8am on a weekday to allow me to pick up before I went to work. The work was professional and the cost was what I expected based on online search of other similar service provider Theresa (not sure if I got the name correct) was prompt in providing updates. Super fast and responsive. Team was knowledgeable. Paint spray was immaculate and the paint itself was the best I've seen and close to factory. Prep on the front door is a 7 out of 10. I see the wave where it was filled, most others don't. What really hits you in the detailer you use. I do not believe he clay bar or prepped any paint just simply coated it. The interior detail product used seemed like cheap Armor all and left everything slippery. Please do not let him do any high end vehicle customers and I would definitely not use him again. I tried to write this as honest feedback I would appreciate for my business. I would definitely use this shop again.

The service I received on the repair was excellent, as it's a company car used by techs for daily service calls. I dropped off the car on Thursday morning and it was ready on Friday morning, one day quicker than expected. The part took a couple of days to come in and they kept me informed throughout the process. Theresa and Jerek both did everything they said they would do and phone calls and follow up were fantastic. I will recommend Schaeffer to anyone who needs work performed on their vehicles.
