I was notified my truck would be done on Wed Feb 24th at 4 on. I waited until 11:00 on Thursday Feb 25th I drove the 25 miles to pick it up. It wasn’t finished. I went back the following day, it still wasn’t finished. Still needed one F150 cosmetic badge for the passenger side front fender and a rubber rue engine under the hood. There was also a large scratch on the tailgate that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I took the truck home and now even after 2 more days they still don’t have the correct emblems for the fenders and the rubber piece for under the hood. I would not return to them for any future repairs.

Better communication. If not able to work on the car the first day it’s scheduled in please notify for better planning and less rental car time. Job preformed on repair was excellent.

Schaller Jacobson always does an amazing job. I know. I’ve been there 3 or 4 times this year. We’re on a first name basis now lol. All joking aside, these guys are the best in the business and their customer service is always above and beyond!

My face to face interactions were perfect. Reaching out via the web page resulted in no response. Timeliness of electronic work updates were completely out of synch. Short duration of repair may be a contributor. (2days) Called at the end of day 2 and was informed I could come and pick it up.
