Told me it would be a 70 dollar difference when they redid the estimate that Allstate fudged up. The difference ended up being 500 dollars. They also told me that I could pick if I wanted my door flushed and if i didnt then it would be cheaper. They flushed it literally the next week without even asking me. Thats fine, but just dont tell me one thing and do another. Huge lack of communication and when communication was good i was told one thing and they did another.

They were were very understanding about some confusion with me giving different a last name than then insurance had.(my name changed). Megan in the office took great care of me as well always nice and kept me up to date. They were all amazing from the time I walked in the door until we picked my car up!

Needs better communication on their end about parts being in & relaying that info to customers. Had been pushed back 4 times on my date to drop off due to parts not being in, but the communication was never started by them. Nice people though. Car works & looks great.
