I was so moved with emotion when I saw the beautiful care that James and his staff gave to my car recently that I CRIED when I picked up the car -- I could not hold back the tears and that is really not like me. The car looked as beautiful as when I first drove it off the lot when it was brand new! I really appreciate Megan too and her diligent and professional service excellence! The repair took longer than we expected by the time parts arrived and a few additional had to be ordered, plus a holiday in the mix. That didn't detract from our satisfaction. We were kept updated throughout the process to know what to expect.
