If repairs were going to take into a 5 week process and no work was actually performed until the 4th week other than dismantling the van it seems to me I could have keep it for the first 3 weeks. Promising me it would be completed 3x and never getting it back on all 3 promises was very hard to accept.

Overall good, door panel was painted over the paint protection film inside door handle. Side mirror light-up car detection icon does not match original driver side mirror. Still think that the driver side wiper was bent near the base during the incident but I don't know if the wiper was checked out and repaired/replaced. Repairs also took a little longer than originally quoted and I was not notified ahead of time - I had to call and ask

Twice in 2 years i had body damage done by an animal late at nice. both times my insurance from American family covered and the work from Mark and the gang was outstanding both times quick and efficient

Neither my daughter nor I received updates. Communication, in a word with unlimited communication technology, should be easy. It was painful for this.
