Some of the lights did not work when we got.the car back from repairs. Had to make another trip back for repair.

some confusion with scheduling. When we dropped the car off, they did not seem to know we needed a rental after it was already discussed. Also, I received a call a day after the car was in the shop to make an appointment to get it in. When it was almost done, i was told 2 different days it would be finished.
