I noticed an unrelated paint item that was caused by the car wash cloth and the body shop manager even had that buffed out for me in just a few minutes.

While slightly upset that the parts they ordered took forever due to sending the wrong parts, I can’t necessarily blame them for that. I blame their source that screwed up. However, I believe they did an excellent repair job, the bodywork was excellent and I appreciate the fact that they washed, cleaned and detailed the interior. They did an incredible job with that. They also kept me up to date with the progress, were polite, stayed in contact regularly, and were very professional. I would like to say that I was a bit annoyed that it seemed almost none of their staff wore masks when I went to pick up my vehicle- but all together I would go back if my car ever gets damaged again. They took good care of my baby.

I would highly recommend your body shop to anyone. I have the unfortunate circumstance of having to bring in my Jeep twice this year, and each time Quinten and his team have given me back my Jeep looking as good as new and have provided excellent customer service.
