I will never recommend your shop or any of my clients. In fact I’m hoping to get ahold of claims leadership at State Farm to provide pictures and the timelines of this claim. I’m paying another shop to fix the issues your manager said were “normal”.

Tail pipe sticks out past bumper. Your body shop manager and tech don’t see a problem with it. Took 5 1/2 weeks to repair the vehicle and when I showed up there were several repairs still not complete.
