My car looks good as new and the customer service was fantastic. My only complaint which I know is most likely due to supply chain issues was that it took a bit to get my car back.

1. Communications were not clear as to progress and the work that was being done. 2. Some (clearly visible) parts were mismatched - I now have headlamps that don’t match. Absolutely ridiculous. 3. The work was not finished when I left the shop, meaning I had to return and wait for additional work to be completed, again with poor communications about what was required and how long it would take. It’s hard to feel great about the overall experience and I certainly cannot recommend your shop to anyone if this is standard practice for this operation.

As far as I can tell, engine issues were resolved and the surface body work was satisfactory. However, a replacement lamp was of a type that doesn’t match the other, non-replaced lamp, which affects the aesthetics of the front of the car
