Repair took a long time with no real update on the status of the process. Received text message saying that car would be done but in actuality the car was not complete until 5 days later. Additionally, I called at least two days during normal business hours and did not reach anyone. I am committed to Schumacher (first car purchased and all maintenance conducted there) which is why I only wanted to use its collision center but I was not at all impressed by the service of the collision center.

They worked with the insurance payment- no extra payment from my end which was greatly appreciated. Staff were professional and friendly. They also completed the car in the time frame that I was expecting.
