The estimate from my insurance company stated 5 days to repair my vehicle. Schumacher initially estimated they could complete the work in 5 days, but it took much longer than that due to countless delays. After my car had been in the shop for 19 days, Schumacher called and told me that the repairs were complete. When I arrived, I found parts of my windshield wiper were not replaced, there were still dents in my hood that they did not remove, and they did not attempt to repair the damage to my front bumper. If I wanted Schumacher to complete the repairs, I would have to wait an additional two days. I was even more surprised to find that there was still broken glass from my windshield in my car on the floor and under the mats in the front and back seats. Communication with Lanny, my advisor, was horrendous. I called and left countless voicemails but they were never returned. I had to repeatedly call back and hope that he answered the phone to get more information about the status of the repairs to my vehicle. On two separate occasions, I had to follow up with Lanny to correct online forms that he submitted incorrectly. My experience at Schumacher was far below my expectations and I would not recommend that anyone go there for body work or repairs of any kind.

When I called to ask what information was needed for supplement payment confirmation, she could not provide me with any specific information needed in this confirmation. On multiple occasions she told me that she would call me right back, or call me when she arrived at the office in the morning but that did not occur. Instead, I had to call her to get more information about my vehicle.

I was honestly very disappointed that after my car repairs were done my car was still not safe to drive because of bad tires that could have been replaced by my insurance company anytime while my car was in the body shop for an entire month. I was in an accident which gave me anxiety about driving, but I was so happy to get my car back until I learned the tires were not safe to drive on. I felt like the. people at Infiniti did not care about me or my welfare. I love my Q60 but probably won’t get another Infiniti because of this experience.

Not only does my car LOOK like there was no repair needed, it was returned with a "spruced-up shine" as well! Everyone who pitched in to assist me was welcoming, cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable. The process from drop off to pick up was explained thoroughly and everything followed as I was assured it would be, including the texting updates. I chose your auto body shop because of recommendations from a salesperson at Braman who initially sent me to Schumacher and because I remembered being a teacher of a young man whose last name was Schumacher! Since I remembered having good encounters "back then," I trusted I would be met with integrity once again! Thank you, Schumacher and thank you, Linny. I appreciated your conscientiousness and I appreciate you!
