Not quite sure why we could never get a call back. We loved the email updates but then it just stopped. We would call to get updates with no return call. Very frustrating!!

Excellent paint work I don't know if you replaced any panels or just fixed the dents I have worked a a few car lots and body shops wet sanding and buffing cars that came from the auction your team is the best I have seen in South Florida thanks again for doing such a great job and you got it done earlier then expected i very happy with your work

The repair of the vehicle was perfect. However my calls were always sent to voicemail and seldom returned. I tried many times leaving my number on your official line and her cell #. They damaged my windscreen on the day that I was supposed to collect the car and after that it was impossible to contact them. It was extremely frustrating. Very very poor customer service. If the vehicle was not repaired well, I would have given a minus 5 rating
