Mike was friendly, helpful and answered every question I had. By text messages, I was kept advised about the progress of the work being done on my vehicle. A customer courtesy car brought me back home after I delivered my car for the service it needed. When the work was completed, Mike drove my car to my home and a courtesy car followed and brought Mike back to the Schwan dealership!!! This allowed me to stay home and not have to drive my car back to my house from the dealership on many still snow filled streets.

Recommendation - when a vehicle comes in for body repair, have the Service department scan for any electronic issues. After the body repair, they found a bad thermostat, luckily this part was on hand, however, if I would have had to wait a few weeks for this part, when it could have been ordered at the beginning of our repair (which tool a month due to parts shortages) I would have not been a happy customer
