Had the car towed to dealership, things started fine. Assessed the damage and notified me that the parts would be ordered. After a couple of weeks we had not heard from them so we stopped to check on the progress. We were told the parts had been there but they were waiting for us to bring the car. THE CAR HAD BEEN ON THE LOT OVER 2 WEEKS. At this point they had to reschedule and after a month we got our car back

The dented area was repaired well, and the area that needed to be painted was blended flawlessly with the surrounding area. Chips in the area were touched up, also flawlessly. I had two significant door dings with paint transfer, and your team buffed those areas for me. One ding almost disappeared, and the other spot looks remarkably better. Mike gave me a little bottle of touch-up paint so I can touch up other chips not in the area of the accident. The team noticed I had a blinker out, and they replaced that bulb for me. The whole job was wrapped up four days ahead of schedule. Sara and Mike coordinated a loaner vehicle for me, too. This experience at Schwan reminded me yet again why they are my go-to body shop.
