Jim Korkmaz, unknown his title and front desk worker Anna were both friendly and professional in their jobs. Jim was very helpful controlling the scene and explained what would be done and time frame. The finished job was completed in a fare amount and my Pilot looked brand new. I will forever be a client of Scotsman's.
