Every part of the experience was great. From the friendly staff, to the convenience of having the Geico adjuster on site and present when I dropped off the car, to how easy getting and returning the car rental, to how quick and weâll me car was fixed. Great job and Iâd definitely recommend.

I can truly say that Jim made me feel like family every time I walked into Scotsmanâs auto body shop. He was knowledgeable in every aspect of his profession. Jim keep me informed every step of the way. Jim always greeted me with a smile, being that Jim is the Manager at Scotsmanâs auto body he is an asset to the company. Scotsmanâs is new to Farmingdale with Jim there and the quality of there auto body work and customer care they will be in Farmingdale for decades to come. When I saw the work that was done to my car I was very happy they did exacly what they told me they would. The car came out great. I would recommend Scotsmanâs to all of my family and friends who ask for a recommendation on and Auto body repair shop. Great experience. Jim is very friendly and extremely helpful, takes time to explain everything and answer questions, before, during and even after the repair is done. Also works with you to expedite and complete repairs and payment from insurance, and help in arranging for loaner if needed. Overall best place I have gone, very friendly and inviting office and staff.
