Took 12 to fix my vehicle. It was scratch need paint and fix rim around tyre. 2 days to get the part. Very disappointing. Paid $300 for rental car. Never recommend anyone to get the scott collision center. Bad experience.

While I am totally pleased with the outcome of the repair I was a little dismayed by the amount of time it took to complete the project. Maybe my expectations were placed too high but a month seemed excessive.

For all the reasons mentioned. Not trustworthy, items missing, liftgate was working perfectly fine before I dropped the car off. Now it doesn't go up all the way and I hit my head on it.

It took weeks to get my car back. Every time Scott said it would be ready it wasn't. On one call to them they said they had to replace/fix the latch on the liftgate. The damage was NOT to the liftgate. Nowhere near it. Damage was on the front headlight. Now the liftgate doesn't go up all the way. AND, things are missing! There was a small tool set in the side pocket that came with the car. It's gone! The plastic velcro holders in the trunk are missing. There used to be five now there's two. Another probelme, Scott did not tell me they were using aftermarket parts. My car is a lease and now I'm not sure what will happen when I turn it in. I would never recommend Scott to anyone and it looks like I will have to contact the BBB and find some assistance for the damage to the liftgate and the stolen items.

The receptionist who answered the phone was excellent. The problem as I observed it, is the mechanics who are supposed to fix the car. She had to talk to me and explain why they kept saying the car wasn't ready yet.
