the paint color didn't match, I asked about it and I was told that they would repaint it. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't, but it still doesn't match.

The overall process was fairly easy. I was able to get scheduled right away. My only negative was that additional damage was found upon disassembly of the vehicle for repair. The additional damage took longer than I would have liked to get approval from the insurance company, order/receipt of the parts, and then installation. I had to use a rental car for nearly 3 weeks for a relatively simple repair. But overall, the people I interacted with were very nice and helpful. And the car looks great after the work was completed. I have used Scott for 3 repairs in the past and have always liked their service.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at Scott collision. William kept me up to date on all aspects of the repair. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their car repaired. The office staff was also very nice and very helpful if I needed anything.
