The repair job was done nicely. I have no complaints. But prior damage not being touched or at least addressed to me about whether I might like it repaired and then painted over is very disappointing to me. Had it been a car that wasn't a back up car i would not have been happy. But then I fault myself for not coming over and inspecting progress. But then should I have to ?

I had some prior scratches next to the repair on my left rear fender. I understand it was out of insurance repair area and you weren't getting paid for it. But maybe I could have been called and asked if I wanted it repaired at a extra cost. Not given back with one scratch painted over and another not touched. Had it not been a car I keep in reserve and one of my newer cars I definitely would have been upset about it.

Initially didn't have the parts ordered until i brought the car in for the appointment. As soon as the parts arrived they were on point with their estimated time of 37 hours for the job. Haleigh Moyer communicated timely and explained the process very well with each communication. The adjuster went over the vehicle with me and was very knowledgeable.

Car repair looked great! Only thing I noticed was oil/grease or dirt on my steering wheel. I just had to clean it off. (My interior is white so I noticed it right away). Otherwise experience was very good. Very easy drop off and pick up, easy access to enterprise too. No extra stops for me. It was nice to be able to pick up my rental at your place and leave it there too once my car was finished.
