Scott Collision Center, a division of Scott Honda of West Chester, is located just minutes from Westtown Road exit, off RT 202. Our 13000 sq ft facility offers you the best in technology, advanced equipment, highly trained technicians, and customer care. We have a Chism bench system coupled with the state of the art Car-O- Vision measuring system, Ac 1234, GYS Innovative resistance welder, two MIG welders, silicon Bronze welder, nitrogen plastic welder and can tackle virtually any repair. We have over 100 years of technical experience on our direct labor staff as well as over fifty years of experience on the administrative end. We feature a Global downdraft spray booth especially designed for water borne refinishing. We also just converted to PPG Envirobase as our paint system. The Scott Collision Center is an ICAR gold facility that has parking for over 125 vehicles. The entire shop is air conditioned and utilizes High Color Render Index lighting.

My car was repaired in a timely manner and returned to me in such excellent condition, cleaned and all. The staff, including Smitty, were very informative and helpful. I was really upset about the collision I got into, and the fact I had to get it repaired but I knew I was leaving my car in good hands. I trust the service at Scott Honda Collision and would recommend it to anyone who has to get their vehicle repaired.

My repair service was excellent from the very beginning to the very end. The staff (mainly worked with Smitty but also spoke with Laurie a few times) were very knowledgeable, kind and patient; they answered all my questions (I was very nervous and frustrated about my collision situation). They treated me like a person and not as if I was inferior to them (have unfortunately run into that at other car dealerships). Laurie got me in for a repair right away. My car was repaired in a very timely manner. When I picked it up, I wasn't expecting it to be cleaned, but to my surprise (in a good way) it was so clean - inside and out -, and the repair job itself was very well done. If family and friends need repairs or recommendations on a dealership to give their business to, I will be certain to pass along my highest recommendation about Scott Honda dealership, Scott Honda select, and Scott Honda collision center.

The repair was fine., but the handling of the paperwork and keeping in touch with me was crazy. I left messages that were not delivered. I was told my car would be ready on Tuesday, then I got a text that it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. So I spent time rearranging everything, only to get a phone call 45 minutes later that my car was ready to be picked up!!! My impression is that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at Scott Honda. Very stressful for me.

Scott Honda Collision did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. They were communicative throughout the whole process and made extra efforts to work with my insurance company. My car was fully repaired and looks like new. Aaron was great to work with and made sure I knew everything that was going on, thank you Aaron! The team at Scott Collision Center did an excellent job getting my car repaired and dealing with a few headaches with my insurance company.
