I am satisfied with the job done but I was not satisfied with earlier visit to the collision center where I went to enquire about my warranty coverage. I was informed the parts would need to be replaced and my warranty will not cover paint damage. But after I contacted my insurance they covered a part then no replacement of bumper or side mirror cover was needed just a repair job which should have been part of warranty. I was surprised by the misinformation that was provided to Me about warranty .1

Overall, the repairs themselves appear solid, the paint work was beautiful, and a team of friendly professionals clearly got the job done right.

There is such a LACK OF ATTENTION to detail, it’s unbelievable. In the end, I have to bring the car back to replace the bumper for the third time. AND, the rear bumper appliqué is not the one that my car had going into the shop; another item to be remediated. Not mentioned by any advisor of the difference. This is our first experience with Scott’s collision center and we are very disappointed.

The "we owe" form Stated a value of $75 when in reality, the cost to repair that the repair shop had to pay out with some resonant.. I felt bad for the body shop manager.

They estimated the repair would take 15 minutes and we were there an hour. Repair was done in an excellent manner.

I got a call from someone at Scott that my deductible was being waved because I declined a repair on my bumper. That saved the insurance company $500. All that was required was to put a dash of touch up paint on the bumper, not repaint the whole thing like the original collision place was going to do. That place was ripping off the insurance company. Anyway, in the same conversation as the $100 deductible being waived because of “good faith” ( I remember those exact words) the gentleman also said that Scott would “buff the small chip on the bumper and then apply the touch up paint”. When I arrived, the rear driver part was put on immediately and 20 minutes later the car was ready. I was told to fix the chip myself and I could get the touch up paint at the dealership parts department. So in the end, I specifically remember the call I got about the deductible being waived and the buff and touch up but this never happened. My issue is with Scott because someone called me and told me these two things. The insurance company didn’t call and make these promises. My car is still out there with the touch up paint not applied because I was told to be VERY careful when applying it and not to put “too much” on because that could be bad. Just put a “thin” stroke of paint. The last time I checked I’m not a car expert like a dealership would be. If I don’t put this paint on the bumper will rust. My husband has been ignoring my note to do it because I’m nervous I’ll mess it up. He also doesn’t know what he’s doing. Now I was VERY impressed with everyone I dealt with there. Very attentive to my car and me. But after the deductible was not waived (I was told to take it up with my insurance company) I was too afraid to point out the other promise made to me that Scott would repair the chip. I really like Scott Honda. Not burning any bridges. Will be back again. But I have to give this experience a 7.

Aaron, Smitty, and Laurie were absolutely incredible to work with. This is the exact reason why I wanted to work with Scott Collison rather than go with company my insurance company recommended. Aaron and Laurie constantly kept me updated on the status of my car and were very thorough in explaining exactly what needed to be done. Getting in an accident and waiting for your car to be finished can often times be a painful experience, but this crew at Scott Collision made the process seamless. I will never take my car anywhere else. Thank you again!
